I just recently switched over to Unity and I will say that every time i’ve gone Everyone who has helped me has been so kind and very quick and is able to help me every time. I appreciate this Pharmacy and their staff a lot for their hard work and great service!

Andrea was fantastic! Extremely kind, patient and very helpful from the start. She was immediately understanding and remained polite, continuing do anything in her power to assist with my situation, and was still nice as could be even after multiple calls. A big thank you to Andrea and unity pharmacy. Thank you for all your help and support, and fantastic convenience. Highly recommend!

I was so excited when I found Unity Pharmacy!! All the workers are extremely knowledgeable and because I am not well..their knowledge about things really helps me out and makes me feel so comfortable. The pharmacist always speaks to me to make sure I am doing ok and the same with all the other workers. My meds are always ready when I get there and my questions are always answered! I do tell everyone about my Pharmacy because I really am impressed by them! Coming from a huge Pharmacy with lines of people.. It is a joy to pick up my prescriptions!!! I deal with Andrea the most and it is like she is part of my family.

This pharmacy is incredibly efficient. I experienced several issues with Walgreens in the past, but since switching to Unity, I haven’t had any complaints. Taylor has been especially helpful, always polite when answering the phone and quick to address any concerns I have

I've had a consistently great experience with Unity pharmacy.The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely cares about patient well-being. They've gone the extra mile to make prescription pickups smooth and answer any questions I’ve had—without making me feel rushed or confused. Refills are handled efficiently, and the atmosphere is calm and well-organized. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I feel safe and supported every time I go in. staff are super friendly and helpful, and prescriptions are always ready pretty quick. The place is clean and easy to get in and out of. Overall, really good experience every time .

Absolutely love this place! Switched from a big chain and I'm never going back. The team at Unity Pharmacy is super caring, personal, and actually takes the time to know you by name. They made my life so much easier with their fast service and delivery

Unity personnel at the pharmacy especially Andrea have been a relief to know that all my medication needs have been met since 09/2025 to present. I have recently moved out of new haven, staying in ct and Andrea was a tremendous assist in transferring all my medications not once but twice to new pharmacy she really exhibits professionalism on a daily basis. All the staff are to ve commended. I will truly miss the pharmacy. Great job
